Sauna with 100% humidity at 45 – 55C. The warm and humid air has an influence on the blood circulation in skin and is cleaned intensively which stays soft, clear and velvet mild after the stay in steam sauna. Favorable when having troubles with coughing, asthma, rheumatic pains, strained muscles and diseases of respiratory tract. The sauna is accompanied by the aromatherapy which has refreshing effects on body.

Infra sauna

Dry sauna with temperatures from 40 up to 60 C. It reduces fat, cholesterol, eliminates toxic substances and heavy metals. Effects of infra sauna can be seen in strengthening the health condition (high blood pressure, blood circulation disorders, heart diseases, sore throat, earache, dermatological illnesses, rheumy, cellulite, backache, insomnia, digestive problems, injuries etc.

Ice bucket
